Description: Jno Ivison: A fabulous oak thirty-hour, brass dial longcase clock of lovely slim proportions. The case with a beautifully long trunk door and square flat-topped hood with turned pillars. The base is raised on ogee bracket feet. The thirty hour movement with makers name of Jno Ivison, striking the hour has a square brass dial with silvered chapter ring and centre. The dial centre incorporates the date aperture and the maker’s name, which are surrounded in floriated engravings. The four corners are adorned with spandrels.
